Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 2 days for grocery items and 7 days for general merchandise from the date of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with a valid purchase receipt.
  • Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Wrong Item
  • Defect / Damaged
  • Defective Item
  • Change of Size (Fashion Item)
  • Expired Item

Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394)

  • Not available for Underwear & Undergarments (Hygienic & Sanitary Reason)
  • Change of Mind (including change in color) – Accepting changes only if the product is resalable and customer self-pickup & return.
  • Discovery of a lower price of the same item from another store does not qualify for returns.

Return Request Timeline

  • 2 Days for Food & Beverages
  • 7 Days for General Merchandise from the receipt of order.

Return Process & Shipping

  1. Email ecommerce@aaashoppingcenter.ph with the subject line: "YYYYMMDD - Return Request - [Order Number] - [Customer Name]"
  2. Include the following requirements:
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) and a photo of the product.
    • For spoiled or expired items, provide photo(s) of the product showing the batch number and expiration date.
    • Video showing from opening of packaging to the item.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
  4. Decision will be sent: Return & Refund or Refund Only.
  5. Self-return or customer self-funded return only will be accepted.
  6. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not provided.

Refund Policy

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer / InstaPay to any bank account.
  • Other e-wallets that are supported by the bank.

Processing Time

  • Return requests will be reviewed within 7 days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and confirming the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene items)
  • Food & perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards & digital products

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
