Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 120 PHP — Delivery within 5km radius
- Extend Shipping: 240 PHP — Delivery within 10km radius

Free Shipping: Available for orders over 5000 PHP
- DTI Permit No. FTEB-220683 Series of 2025
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.
Processing Times
Orders are processed at least 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to at most 10 km radius of Pasig Area. If your location is outside our shipping zones (postal code), please contact us at ecommerce@aaashoppingcenter.ph to discuss potential options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ecommerce@aaashoppingcenter.ph with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
