We accept returns within 2 days for grocery items and 7 days for general merchandise from the date of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with a valid purchase receipt. ✅

📌 Valid Reasons for Return: Wrong Item, Defective/Damaged Item, Change of Size (Fashion Items), Expired Item.

📌 Important Notes:

• Underwear & Undergarments are NOT returnable (hygienic reasons).
• Change of Mind is only allowed if the product is resalable & the customer handles self-pickup & return.
• Lower price found elsewhere? This does NOT qualify for a return.

📩 To request a return, email ecommerce@aaashoppingcenter.ph with proof of purchase and product photos. Customers handle return shipping. Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer/InstaPay/e-wallets within 14 days after approval.
